Now that we have a bigger dog, we used it to replace the old little door. Perfect for our golden doodle. Install directly. Sturdy plastic frame. Overall, very satisfied.

The door was well installed and has been in use for about 1 year. Then, after summer and winter, the door panel deforms, the outer magnet base breaks, and the inner door slide rail breaks. Just this winter the outer flap cracked and snapped off at the upper hinge.

I put mine in at the end of August

I put mine in at the end of August 2022 and now its February 24,2023 and the door is broken. Havent contacted the company yet, but have plans.

I called the manufacturer with questions about our door and the best I have ever received on or etc. so I recommend this company because you dont have to fight or beg for respectful service.
